Application-matched engineering

Typical Technical Parameters

Reliable Lifting for Workshops and Crane Systems

Electric wire rope hoists use a compact integrated arrangement of motor, reducer, rope drum, wire rope, hook assembly and electrical controls. The final model is selected according to load, lifting height, operating frequency, runway condition and available headroom.

They are commonly applied in machinery manufacturing, assembly areas, warehouses, equipment maintenance facilities and other general industrial environments.

Hazardous, metallurgical, corrosive or special outdoor environments require a dedicated product configuration and separate engineering confirmation.

Frequently asked questions

Electric Wire Rope Hoist FAQ

What is the difference between CD1 and MD1?

CD1 is a single-speed hoist for general lifting. MD1 adds a low lifting speed for smoother, more accurate positioning.

When should I choose an LDC low-headroom hoist?

Choose LDC when the building height is limited and maximizing available hook height is important. Final clearance must be checked against the runway and structure.

What information is required for selection?

Please provide rated capacity, lifting height, beam or runway details, available headroom, working frequency, power supply, control method and operating environment.

Can the voltage be customized?

Yes. Configurations from 110 to 440 V, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz can be supplied after electrical confirmation.

Can the hoist be fixed or trolley-mounted?

Yes. Fixed suspension, motorized trolley and low-headroom arrangements are available. Fixed-type images will be added once the confirmed product photography is supplied.

What safety protection is included?

Typical protection includes lifting limits, overload protection, electrical protection and a hook safety latch. The exact scope follows the confirmed design.

Can it be used outdoors?

Outdoor use requires confirmation of enclosure protection, rain protection, ambient temperature, corrosion level and electrical configuration.

What are the lead time and warranty?

Typical production time is 15–25 working days, and the standard warranty is 24 months, subject to the final contract.

Do you provide installation support?

Yes. Remote installation guidance or on-site support can be arranged according to the project location and service scope.
